It’s an item that must be taken and placed at the right spot to get the rewards. It’s nothing like a crafting item, and you can’t buy it from anywhere. The only way to get it is from enemy drops.

There are a few things that you can do to increase the drop chances of Sacrificial Heart in PoE 2. It is possible that you clear both of the areas and still not obtain it.
So, what you can do is reset the areas. Now, there are two ways to do so. The first method involves letting your character die and reset the area, this will freshly respawn all the enemies in the corresponding area.
The second thing you can do is reset the instance through a waypoint. This will also reset the entire area and all the targets will be spawned again.
By using these strategies, you will surely find Sacrificial Heart in one of the two areas.
Sacrificial Heart is used only at the Altar in Aggroat. There is no other place where you can use it to get the rewards.
Once you are in the Aggroat, head toward the area called Trial of Sacrifice. Here, you will find the Sacrificial Dias. The ritual altar will have the option to place the heart. Also, there will be a Sacrificial Dagger that you can pick up.
Follow the steps to use the Sacrificial Heart and obtain rewards:

Weapon Skill Points are quite rare and they are extremely useful. They will allow you to make specializations to your weapons, making them a lot more powerful.
